This is home-based care, an examination carried weekly by volunteers and an MSF doctor. Following the reports volunteers bring to MSF, a doctor will come for an examination of patients unable to travel to the medical center.
Jorge here is back on ARV after a 3 months interruption to treat a Tuberculosis and he’s not doing well. He’s probably going to have to find the means to travel to the hospital.
